  • Support the team in defining areas for process improvements.
  • Online reputation management on platforms like Instagram and Twitter.
  • Ideation for topical days, moment marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Research newer ways to increase growth across platforms like Instagram, FB, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Assist the account managers in competitor analysis for brands.
